Souten no Hasha Gyokuryuu (蒼天の覇者玉竜 lit. Governor of the Blue Sky Gyokuryuu) is a Keshin used by Shokatsu Koumei.

It first appeared in Episode 24, used by Shokatsu Koumei. She used it as Raimon was beaten up by Zanak Domain and Taiyou yelled in the middle of the field. Ryuu Gentoku commented that Shokatsu Koumei finally turned into a dragon, but Aoi said that it was a Keshin. After that, the Keshin went to Taiyou and "ate" him. With this, Taiyou was Mixi Maxed with Shokatsu Koumei and the Keshin disappeared.
